Emdad homecare Services offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all of its clients. If you are 99% satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will correct our mistake free of charge until you are 100% satisfied.
Are you insured and bonded to perform maid and cleaning services?
Our insurance is the best available. We treat your home with the most care; however, should damage or breakage occur, our policy is to repair or replace the item if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. Emdad homecare Services is bonded and insured.
How much will it cost to clean my home?
Every house is different, and our packages of services have a variety of prices. Usually we take into consideration your house size and how frequent you need our service for your house. What should I do prior to Emdad homecare cleaning service?
To make our cleaning services extremely efficient, we ask that you gather your clothing, toysand other household items prior to our visit.
Can you guarantee a day and time for my house cleaning appointment?
We can only guarantee a specific day but not a specific time. Since appointments before you may take more or less time than expected, it's hard to estimate the exact time that we'll arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if I need to reschedule a house cleaning?
Just give us a call before your cleaning day. We generally appreciate 48 hours notice in order to adjust our schedule accordingly.
Who is going to clean my home?
Our Emdad homecare Services teams consist of two and three members for your convenience and preference. In addition, our Quality Assurance Specialist will randomly stop by to ensure your cleaning standards and special requests have been met.
Will I always have the same cleaning service team?
We make every effort to have the same cleaning service team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to unforeseen situations.
How long does it take to clean my home?

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No, we use our own supplies and equipment. However, if you have a preferred product or equipment you wish to provide, we would be please to accommodate your request.
What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?
We have no problem cleaning with pets inside your home. However, you need to keep your pets in a safe place due to safety reasons.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you do not need to sign a contract. However, we do encourage you to request weekly, biweekly or every three weeks service to get lower prices. You can stop anytime, simply e-mail or call us.
How would I pay for your services?
Our customers find convenient to pay by cash or personal Checks. Checks are payable to Emdad Facility Management and might include sales taxes. Payment is due the day of the cleaning once all work is completed.
What is Emdad homecare Services working hours?
Service is available Tuesday thru Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Office Hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
